“We had postponed a bathroom vanity because every standard option created another problem. Our priority was to work around the waste pipe and create drawers that could be opened comfortably. The survey in Benalmádena also picked up compact lifts and stairs, which had not been obvious in the photographs. The measured proposal finally made the room feel straightforward. We liked the lack of sales talk. Where standard hardware was sufficient, that is what they recommended.”

“This was our first made-to-measure project: a utility-room cabinet. We hoped to ventilate the appliances and keep detergents safely organised, but did not know which material or opening system made sense. We could discuss the first version remotely, then confirm the points that genuinely needed checking at the Benalmádena property. Both were explained in ordinary language. We were shown a physical sample beside the existing floor. That changed our mind about the colour, fortunately before production.”

“A coordinated home furnishing project sounded simple until we looked at the access and the existing services. We wanted to give the kitchen, bedrooms and living area a shared material direction. Because the room is in Benalmádena, we asked specifically about community access rules; it was covered in the proposed sequence. Those constraints were dealt with in the drawings, so fitting day was calm and well organised. They did not promise that the first sketch was perfect. The second version was much better because it reflected how we actually use the room.”
